Product Description

Liquid Lecithin is basically a dried soya gum. Thisprocess is designed to evaporate bound water from the heavy phase leaving themain centrifuge of degumming process while refining of solvent extracted soyacrude oil. The heavy phase formed during Water Degumming stage. The heavyphase is a mixture of phospholipids, bound water, entrained oil, solids /finesand possible other minor components. The typical moisture content is ranging 35to 50%. The phospholipid and oil content and acid value depend on the qualityof seed before solvent extraction as well as the crude oil composition aftersolvent extraction process.
